Instructions to Make Your Donation
1) Fill out the SECC Pledge Card you
received in Campus Mail.
If you did not receive one or misplaced yours, you can print one
here.
You may choose payroll deduction*, cash, check or credit card donation.
(*Payroll deductions are monthly beginning January through December 2010. A
minimum pledge of $5/month is required for payroll deductions. There is no
minimum amount required for cash, check or credit card donations.)
2) Select one or more of your
favorite participating charities from the 2009 Resource Guide and designate
the annual amount you would like to donate to each.
Include charity name and code.
A 2009 Resource Guide has been mailed to every employee in your department. If you did
not receive one, please ask your departmental assistant or you may click here
for one of the following:
Online Resource Guide -- pdf version of the
participating charities with organization descriptions -- includes codes of all participating non-profit
organizations (local, state, regional, national, international)
Alphabetical Listing -- includes names and codes in alphabetical
order--helpful if you know the organization(s) you are looking for).
Buncombe County/Local Charity Listing -- includes
names, codes, descriptions and contact information for participating
Asheville/Buncombe/WNC area charities.
Listings
by County Look-up -- look up
participating charities specific to each county in North Carolina.
3) Mail your pledge form to: Ann
