UNC Asheville's award-winning North Carolina Center for Creative Retirement is seeking local experts to lead spring 2010 workshops. Proposals should focus on short-term, hands-on learning opportunities for students of all ages. Previous courses have examined computer software, how to buy and use digital cameras, sewing, creating botanical block prints, watercolor painting and stone carving. Deadline to submit workshop proposals is Monday, Nov. 2.
