Registration is now open for a Law School
Admission Test (LSAT) prep course offered by UNC Asheville's
Professional Education Program. Classes will meet on UNC Asheville's
campus beginning in February.
The LSAT prep course will meet for six consecutive weeks from 6 to
8:30 p.m. on Wednesdays from February 28 to March 25. The course is
designed to help students perform well on the LSAT exam, required by
most law schools for admission. Students will learn test-taking
strategies and work with test-simulation exercises on analytical
reasoning, logical reasoning, reading comprehension and writing
samples. Cost for the course is $400, which includes textbooks,
practice tests and a CD. Registration deadline is February 13; late
sign-up will result in an additional $15 fee.
