The UNC Asheville Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at 12:15 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, 2009 in Ramsey Library's Red Oak Conference Room on the UNC Asheville campus.

The meeting is being held to brief the trustees on how UNC Asheville is meeting state-mandated reductions to its budget.

This meeting is subject to North Carolina’s Open Meetings Act, and certain agenda items may be considered in closed session, consistent with provisions of the Act.
