The UNC Asheville Foundation recently elected
five new members to its board of directors. Each will serve a
three-year term.
At the August meeting, Robert Roberts, chair, announced the new
directors: Michael Andry of Asheville, market executive of U.S.
Trust -- Private Wealth Management Group of Bank of America; David
Hammett of Asheville, market executive of RBC Bank; Charles E.
Nesbitt of Asheville, regional vice president of BB&T; Daniel F.
Scannell of Asheville, vice president/branch management of wealth
management at Citi Smith Barney; and David Sweatt of Asheville,
private investor and retired commercial banker.
These new members of UNC Asheville's Foundation Board will join
