The UNC Asheville Foundation will host an update and discussion meeting on Pisgah House, UNC Asheville's new multipurpose facility to be located on the University's South Campus, at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, in UNC Asheville's Owen Conference Center. The meeting will feature information on the design, construction timeline and green features of Pisgah House. Parking will be available in Lot 11, adjacent to Owen Hall. The event is free and open to the public.

A privately funded project, Pisgah House will serve as a family residence for current and future chancellors and provide a location for University-hosted receptions and meetings. Preliminary planning for Pisgah House anticipates an approximately 7,500-square-foot building, with 4,500 square feet of public space and 3,000 square feet of residential space.
