Community members and alumni are invited to join UNC Asheville students at two Career Center fairs covering a variety of employment and educational opportunities.

The Exploring Majors and Internships Fair will take place at noon Thursday, Oct. 18, in UNC Asheville's Highsmith University Union Alumni Hall. Participants will learn about the various majors offered at UNC Asheville, finding an internship and applying a liberal arts degree to an occupation. Two workshops, "Your Personality and 'Major' Decisions" and "How To Find an Internship to Support Your Career Dreams," will be offered in conjunction with the event. Both will begin at 12:30 p.m.

More than 70 employers and graduate schools are scheduled to participate in UNC Asheville's Career and Graduate School Fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, in UNC Asheville's Highsmith University Union, first floor. Participants will learn about graduate school and jobs.
