UNC Asheville Dance Program to Host Eighth Annual Performance;

UNC Asheville's Dance Program will hold its eighth annual benefit performance "Everybody Can-Can" at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, in UNC Asheville's Lipinsky Auditorium. Admission is $5 or five cans of food at the door. All canned goods will be donated to Manna Food Bank and cash proceeds will benefit UNC Asheville's Dance Program.
The event will feature more than 100 dancers from the University and the Asheville community performing a wide variety of genres, including African, jazz, ballet, modern, percussive, Middle Eastern and original student works. Step dancers from Owen High School will be special guests. The performance is suitable for all ages.
