Two UNC Asheville Art Students Hold Senior ExhibitionsTwo UNC Asheville art majors will hold their senior exhibition opening receptions Friday, March 30, in two on-campus galleries. Both exhibitions are free and open to the public. "Ultimatum," featuring 20 photographs by Krista Dourte, will be on view in UNC Asheville's Highsmith University Union Gallery March 30-April 8. The show is the culmination of Dourte's work toward her bachelor of fine art degree at UNC Asheville. An opening reception will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. in the gallery, which is located on the lower level of Highsmith University Union. The gallery is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily when classes are in session but hours are subject to change. "Dawson Fogg: Paintings," featuring 14 pieces by Dawson Fogg, will be on view in UNC Asheville's S. Tucker Cooke Gallery March 30-April 10. The show is the culmination of Fogg's work toward his bachelor of fine arts degree at UNC Asheville. An opening reception will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the gallery, which is located on the first floor of Owen Hall. The gallery is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays.
