Registration is now open for an SAT college test prep class offered by UNC Asheville's Distance Learning and Extension Office. The three-week class will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays from April 16-May 2. The SAT is a standardized test required by most undergraduate colleges and universities for admission. Tuition is $275 and includes study materials.

Registration deadline is April 9. Late registrations will be accepted after April 9 for an additional $15 fee.
