Registration is now open for the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) test prep classes offered by UNC Asheville’s Extension and Distance Education Office. Classes will meet on the UNC Asheville campus.

The GRE prep course will meet for four consecutive weeks from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays from January 23 to February 15. The course is designed to increase familiarity with the various types of verbal, quantitative and analytical questions present on the GRE computer-generated general test, required by most graduate programs for admission. Cost for the course is $325, which includes study materials and a practice disk. Registration deadline is January 16; late sign-up will result in a $15 fee.
