UNC Asheville senior Kim Barto will hold an exhibition of recent work March 16-27 at UNC Asheville's Highsmith University Union Gallery. The show, "Garters and G-Strings: Stripping in a Southern Town," is the culmination of Barto's work toward a bachelor of arts degree at UNC Asheville. An opening reception will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, March 18, in the gallery, which is located on the lower level of Highsmith University Union.

Barto is a photography major with minors in mass communication and French. She is a photography intern at the Asheville Citizen-Times and also serves as a community opinion columnist for the paper.
