UNC Asheville's Board of Trustees will hold a special called meeting at noon Thursday, June 14, in the Ramsey Library Red Oak Room. The purpose of the meeting is to review campus renovation and constructions projects.

The meeting is open to the public. Portions of the meeting may be closed to the public under the provision of the North Carolina Open Meetings Act.

The UNC Asheville Board of Trustees has 13 members; eight are appointed by the UNC Board of Governors and four are appointed by the governor. The UNC Asheville Student Government Association president, who is elected by the student body, also sits on the board. The UNC Asheville Board of Trustees promotes the sound development of the University and serves as advisor to the Board of Governors and the chancellor.
