UNC Asheville's Viewbook Earns Regional Design Award

UNC Asheville’s 2005-06 prospective student viewbook recently earned a Special Merit Award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education’s southeastern design competition.

The full-color, 40-page viewbook, entitled “The Art of Learning at UNC Asheville,” is sent to prospective students and families to provide an in-depth view of the University’s academics, student life and campus environment.

The viewbook was created by UNC Asheville’s Office of University Publications: Ashlea Allen, University Publications director, and Karen Anderson, University Publications, writer/editor, with assistance from several local photographers and printer Clark Communications.

Headquartered in Washington, D.C., the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) is the professional organization for advancement professionals who work in alumni relations, communications and development. CASE's membership includes more than 3,200 colleges, universities and independent elementary and secondary schools in 55 countries around the world.
