Asheville Graduate Center Seeks Input on Master's Degree Program in Planning
Interested in earning a master’s degree
in planning but don’t want to travel far for classes? The Asheville
Graduate Center wants to hear from you.
The Asheville Center is conducting a
survey to determine the interest in a master’s degree in planning
from Appalachian State University with classes held on the
UNC Asheville campus.
Proposed curriculum will include
planning aspects and applications, land use controls, project
management, group facilitation methods, and planning history and
theory. A special focus will be placed on community economic
development, environmental and natural resource planning,
transportation planning and emergency management.
Surveys will be accepted through
November 3. To fill out the survey online, click on
