UNC Asheville Senior Holds Multimedia Installation
The installation, “unwound: fragile bindings within convention,” featuring ceramic sculptures, fiber and multimedia art by UNC Asheville senior Kristin Erhard, will be on view from December 8-17 at UNC Asheville’s Highsmith University Union Gallery. An opening reception will be held from 6-9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, in the gallery. The installation is the culmination of Erhard’s work toward a bachelor’s degree in art from UNC Asheville. The Highsmith University Union Gallery is open from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. weekdays but hours are subject to change. For more information call UNC Asheville’s Highsmith University Union at 828/232-5000.
