UNC Asheville Wraps Up Fall Concert Season with Holiday Show

UNC Asheville’s Music Department will usher in the winter season with its annual Holiday Concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, in UNC Asheville’s Lipinsky Auditorium. The concert is open to the public. Admission is $5 at the door.

UNC Asheville’s Jazz Ensemble will perform “A Child is Born” and “We Three Kings.” The String Quartet will perform works by Haydn, and the Concert Band will present a variety of works, including “Jingle Bells Forever.” Featured selections by the string ensemble will include “The Christmas Concerto.” Vocal selections will be performed by the University Singers and the University Chamber Chorus.
