UNC Asheville Art Faculty to Hold Annual Exhibition

Works by 11 of UNC Asheville’s Art Department faculty members will be featured in an exhibit August 19-September 13 at UNC Asheville’s University Gallery. The show kicks off the gallery’s 2005-06 season. An opening reception will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19, in the gallery.

Participating faculty are Luke Allsbrook, oil on canvas; Dianne Cable, collage and mixed media; Tucker Cooke, works on paper; Virginia Derryberry, drawings in colored pencil; Robert Dunning, mixed media prints; Karen Ives, mixed media sculpture; Scott Lowrey, mixed media; Dan Millspaugh, steel sculpture; Robert Tynes, paintings in oil and acrylic; Larry White, color photographs; and Megan Wolfe, terra cotta clay sculptures.
