UNC Asheville to Hold Summer Graduation Reception July 30

Some 30 UNC Asheville graduating seniors will be honored at UNC Asheville’s summer graduation reception at 4 p.m. Friday, July 30, in UNC Asheville’s Karpen Hall Lobby. Provost and Academic Affairs Vice Chancellor Mark Padilla will speak. James R. Buckner (class of ‘71), chairman of UNC Asheville's National Alumni Advisory Council, will welcome the new alumni. Music by David Bates and refreshments will follow the short program.

The graduates are invited to participate in the formal commencement ceremony on the Ramsey Library Terrace on Saturday, May 14, 2005.
