UNCA's Creative Writing Program Seniors to Give Readings

UNC Asheville's Creative Writing Program seniors will give readings of their recent work at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 18, at UNCA’s Laurel Forum, 139 Karpen Hall. The event is free and open to the public.

Participating students are: Paula Hutchens Bolado, Amelia Brommer, Beau Gildersleeve, Matt Lambert, Emily MacWilliams and Mark Prudowsky.

UNCA's Creative Writing program offers students the opportunity and incentive to develop their writing skills in a workshop setting and to support that writing with a strong background in literary studies. The program seeks to foster confident undergraduate writers who work with a sound knowledge of their own literary tradition and who can produce works of publishable quality.

For more information, call UNCA's Literature and Language Department at 828/251-6411.
