UNCA Lecture Series Concludes with Talk on
"Artificial Intelligence and Ethics"
UNC Asheville students Eric Gardner and Kosta Harlan will wrap up
UNCA's philosophy lecture series at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, at UNCA's
Kellogg Center, 11 Broyles Rd., Hendersonville. The two philosophy majors
will talk about "Artificial Intelligence and Ethics." An open
discussion will follow their talk.
The program is the last of the year-long, nine-part series co-sponsored
by UNCA's Philosophy Department and the Institute for Applied Philosophy.
The series "Analyzing Violence and Terror," is designed to
foster discussion on philosophically significant issues of the day. All
events are free and open to the public. A donation of $5 will be suggested
at the door.
