UNC Asheville's Family Business Forum to Kick off 2004-05 SeasonUNC Asheville's Family Business Forum will open its 2004-05 program season Tuesday, Sept. 14, in UNC Asheville's Highsmith University Union Cafe with the one-act play "A Tough Nut to Crack." The play chronicles the relationship between a father and son working side by side for 20 years. The program will open with a 6 p.m. reception; curtain is at 6:45 p.m. Psychologist Ron Reece will lead a discussion following the performance. "A Tough Nut to Crack," written by Ira Bryck of the University of Massachusetts Family Business Center, is intended to dramatize the ups and downs of family business ownership. Since it premiered in 2002, the play has received rave reviews from family business centers and organizations in the nine states where it has been performed. Registration is required. The program is open to forum members and their guests. A limited number of seats are available for family business owners interested in membership.
