"Catching My Breath" Photography Exhibition Opens
in UNCA's Ramsey Library

"Perspectives" by Cassie Floan

"Catching My Breath," an exhibition of 16 black-and-white photographs by UNC Asheville senior Cassie Floan, will be on view January 14-31 at UNCA’s Ramsey Library third floor gallery.

With financial assistance from UNCA’s New Horizon Fund, Floan traveled to Italy during spring semester 2002 to study photography at Lorenzo de’Medici-Institute in Florence. The photographs in the exhibition were taken there using three different antique cameras.

The third floor gallery, located in the hallway outside of Ramsey Library’s Special Collections, is open during regular library hours. For hours of operation, call UNCA's Ramsey Library at 828/251-6546.
