UNCA Fall Open House Set for October 18UNC Asheville's Admissions Office will host an open house for transfer students and high school students and their families from 8:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, in UNCA's Health & Fitness Center. Events will include student-led campus tours and sessions on admission, academic and extracurricular programs, scholarships and other financial aid. The Admissions and Financial Aid offices will be open until 2 p.m. for walk-in appointments. Interested students should register for the Open House by Friday, Oct. 3. A confirmation packet including directions, a campus parking permit, and a list of area accommodations will be mailed after registration. Registration will be accepted by phone by calling UNCA's Admissions Office at 828/251-6481 or 800/531-9842 or online.
