UNCA Board of Trustees to Meet May 16

UNC Asheville’s Board of Trustees will meet Friday, May 16, on the UNCA campus.

The Board will meet briefly at 9:45 a.m. in the Red Oak Room, Ramsey Library, and then meet in committees. The Academic and Student Life Committee will meet in Ramsey Library room 41, the External Affairs Committee will meet in Ramsey Library room 202, and the Finance and Real Property Committee will meet in the Red Oak Room. Following lunch, the board will meet in a plenary session at 12:30 p.m. in the Red Oak Room.

The Board will conclude its meeting by attending the UNCA African American Student Association donning of the stoles ceremony at 2:30 p.m. in the Ramsey Library Glasshouse.

The meetings are open to the public. Some items on the agendas of these meetings may be considered in closed session under the provisions of the North Carolina Open Meetings Act.
