Painting Exhibition to Open in UNCA's University Gallery

An exhibition entitled "Southern Comfort," featuring 20 oil and acrylic paintings on canvas by UNC Asheville senior Jeremy Russell, will be on view January 18-February 5 in UNCA’s University Gallery. The show is the culmination of Russell’s work toward his bachelor of fine arts degree at UNCA.

An opening reception will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, January 18, in the gallery, which is located on the first floor of Owen Hall.

The gallery is open from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. weekdays.
