Art and Multimedia Faculty Exhibition Opens Fall Gallery Season

UNC Asheville's University Gallery will open its 2002-03 gallery season with a show featuring works by 10 UNCA art and multimedia faculty members. The exhibition, which will be on view August 16 through September 4, will include pieces by David Bourne, Tucker Cooke, Virginia Derryberry, Robert Dunning, Mary Anna LaFratta, Dan Millspaugh, Robert Tynes, Lorraine Walsh, Larry White and Megan Wolfe.

An opening reception for the faculty show will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16, in the gallery. University Gallery, which is located on the first floor of Owen Hall, is open from 9 a.m. to  6 p.m. weekdays. For more information, call UNCA's Art Department at 828/251-6880.
