UNCA's "What Is...Philosophy?" Lecture Series Continues
April 3 in Hendersonville

William Spellman, University of North Carolina Asheville Humanities Program Chair, will continue the "What Is Philosophy?" Lecture Series with a talk on "How Does Locke’s View of Humans Impact His Ideas on Religion? What is Locke’s Philosophy of Human Nature?" at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, at UNCA’s Kellogg Center, 11 Broyles Rd., Hendersonville. An open discussion will follow his talk.

The program is the ninth lecture in the 10-part series sponsored by the Institute for Applied Philosophy in conjunction with UNCA’s Philosophy Department. The series promotes better understanding of philosophy for the general public and explores some specific areas where philosophy is at work in people’s lives. This series is open to the public. A donation of $5 will be suggested at the door.
