| For Immediate Release April 13, 2001 UNCA Fraternity to Host City-Wise
Scavenger Hunt; The brothers of UNC Asheville’s Omega Beta chapter of Kappa Delta Rho fraternity will host a city-wide scavenger hunt from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, April 21. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Asheville Literacy Council. The scavenger hunt is open to the public. Registration fees for teams of four players are $25 with an additional $5 per player. Teams may not be made up of more than 7 members. Teams will meet on the UNCA Quadrangle at 10 a.m. to receive their first clue. From there, each group must reach various checkpoints in locations across Asheville by answering questions correctly. The first team to finish will win the cash grand prize.
