| For Immediate Release June 25, 2001 "Choosing to Remember: From the Shoah to the Mountains" Exhibition Opens July 2 at UNCA's Blower's Gallery A special exhibition entitled "Choosing to Remember: From the Shoah to the Mountains" will be on view in UNC Asheville’s Blowers Gallery July 2-31. The traveling exhibition features photographs, documents and recorded testimonies about World War II and the Holocaust from 22 Buncombe County families. "Choosing to Remember: From the Shoah to the Mountains" is on loan from the Center for Diversity Education.
