Randa Farah to Discuss Plight of Palestinian Refugees at UNCA April 2

Randa Farah, a Palestine native and Oxford University Refugee Studies Centre research assistant, will discuss "The Plight of Palestinian Refugees" at noon, Monday, April 2, in UNC Asheville’s Laurel Forum, located on the main floor of Karpen Hall. The talk is free and open to the public.

Farah will discuss Palestinian identity, the fragmentation of their society, the lack of international protection and the major historical developments that led to the current refugee crisis.
