An afternoon of choral music and a Music Department fund-raiser wrap up UNCA's spring concert season. All events are open to public.

-- Broadway tunes and patriotic anthems will be featured during the UNCA University Singers and UNCA Community Chorus spring concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 7, in UNCA's Lipinsky Auditorium. Both choral groups will be under the direction of UNCA Adjunct Music Instructor Chuck Taft. A donation of $5 to benefit UNCA's Music Department will be suggested at the door.

-- A "We Need Pianos" concert will be presented at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 21, in UNCA's Lipinsky Auditorium. The concert will feature the new UNCA Ragtime Ensemble, Moe Hubbard's Dixieland Six and vocalist Pamela Eden. Donations from the concert will be used to help purchase practice pianos for UNCA's Music Department. A minimum donation of $5 will be suggested at the door.
