Parking Passes

There are two different ways to obtain parking passes for your program. 

At least 3 days prior to the program - Email departmental staff at  unca_videoreq@unca.edu with your name and mailing address.  Parking passes will then be mailed to you. 

Day of program - Visit campus police the morning of your program to obtain a parking pass for the day.  Campus police are located in building 21 on the campus map.

Parking passes are not required to park in Lot A (see campus map link above), but they are needed to park in Lot C. 
 

Videoconference Facilities

There are two videoconference facilities at UNCA. 

Steelcase Videoconference Facility comprises two videoconferencing rooms, RBH 129 and RBH 136.  These rooms are located in Robinson Hall, building 17 on the campus map.

SquareD Videoconference Facility is located in RL 011 in the Ramsey Library, building 15 on the campus map.
