Sixty-two percent of eligible staff members participated in this election process. The following individuals have been elected by their peers to serve on this committee: Academic Affairs: Elise Henshaw, Mike Honeycutt, Marilyn Lonon, Richard White Chancellor's Area: Terry Bailey, Mary O'Day Facilities Management: Harold Johnson, Steve Parrott, Roger Penley, Charles Shivers Financial Affairs: Delacy Bradsher, Kathy Higdon, Steve Honeycutt Student Affairs: Melanie Rhodarmer, Maggie Smith, Nancy Williams University Relations: Mary Chakales I am asking Carolyn McElrath and Jan Scroggs to server as appointed representatives of this committee. Linda Franklin will server as the staff liaison between Human Resources and the committee. You may contact any of these individuals listed if you have issues you would like considered by this group. They will also be looking at issues submitted earlier this summer by staff members. I am asking these representatives to meet with me on Tuesday, June 30 at 3:00 p.m. in the Red Oak Conference Room of Ramsey Library for the fist meeting of the group. Meetings of this group fall under the Open Meetings law and are open to all interested parties. My congratulations to these individuals, and my sincere thanks to those employees who were part of this election process.
