Chair JoAnne McKnight opened the meeting at 2 PM and recognized our beautiful visitor.

Approval of Minutes:   Minutes from the December 12^th meeting were approved.

PACE meeting for Wednesday, January 24, 2007:  there was discussion regarding the format for Wednesday’s meeting and the expectation of a large crowd. The PACE information session last week was well attended. Now is the time to gather comments, recommendations and concerns. It was decided that JoAnne will give opening and closing remarks. However the main part of the meeting will follow a break-out group format with three facilitators and three note takers. It was felt that smaller groups will enable more discussion from more individuals for the time allotted.  JoAnne must have her report ready by Friday, January 26.

JoAnne will call another CSAC meeting before the end of this month so that we may cover the remaining agenda items.

The meeting adjourned at 3:15 PM
