The Cashier’s
Office is dedicated to:

university billing and collection procedures are in compliance with state
and federal statutes.
Important! All information and
communication regarding
student bills will be emailed to your UNC Asheville email
account.
UNC ASHEVILLE WILL NO LONGER MAIL
PAPER BILLS.
Hours: The Cashier's Office reports to the
Bursar and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Payments by cash or check can be made in the Cashier's Office.

Online Payments-Credit Cards: Payments by MasterCard, Discover and
American Express credit card can only be online only through the
student's OnePort Account. Find the ePayment link on OnePort to access the
credit card payment function. There is a transaction fee of 2.75% with a
minimum fee of $3.00 for all charge card payments.
Online Payments- ACH (electronic check): Payment via electronic check (ACH) from a checking or savings account can be
made online only through the student's OnePort account. Find the ePayment
link on OnePort to access the ACH payment function. There is no fee
for ACH payments.
Payments By Coin: Effective April 1st, 2012, the Cashiers Office
will accept payments in coin to student accounts up to $25 per day. The
Cashier's Office will accept up to $10 in loose coins for a student payment.
For payments in coin in excess of $10, and up to the $25 limit, all of the coins
must be rolled in order to be accepted for payment.
Returned Items Fee: A twenty-five dollar
($25.00) returned item fee will be charged for any
check or ACH transactions returned for any reason!
